THE FIRST STEP OF THE LIFE OF LEADERSHIP!
The Leader-in-Training program offers experiences for personal growth that last a lifetime. This program focuses on SKILLS TRAINING that builds confident and capable leaders. LITs work and grow together in a mission context to become effective members of a TEAM OF SERVANT LEADERS. Participants will grow in many areas including peer leadership, technical skills and spiritual growth. Participants will also grow relationally as a member of a team repairing homes in the Dahlonega area. The LIT program is building relationships, building homes, building a team, building confidence and competence as the foundation of a life of leadership and is the first
step in the Glisson Leadership Program.
You must interview to be an LIT.
