Interest Groups
Interest Groups are designed to allow our elementary and mid-high campers to choose activities that they would like to do. Every camper gets to individually decide which groups to sign up for. They have the opportunity to separate from their living group and main counselors and meet other campers and staff. The campers do two interest groups per day, Monday through Thursday.
We offer about twenty different interest groups, each offering a unique experience that the campers really enjoy. Some groups are geared towards performance, such as the drama, dance, chapel planning, and Glisson Action News groups. Some are geared towards sports, like soccer, field games, basketball, etc. We have outdoor adventure interest groups, like Alpine Tower, Archery, Low Elements, Hiking, etc. The elementary and mid-highs will be able to choose from the entire list of interest groups, but they will participate in them at separate times.
