Summer Staff

 At Glisson, there are opportunities to work, train, serve and have adventures throughout the year.  The first step to joining the Glisson team is to apply to be an LIT, Crew, or Summer Staff member.   If you are already a part of the Glisson team you will find a lot of important information here for you as well.   Be sure to refer to this page for training, certification and other staff event information.  If you have any questions, please contact Program Director, David Schnitzer: programs@campglisson.org

"Never have I heard a camper say, 'Mom, the waterfall changed my life,' but every summer I hear, 'Mom, my counselor loves me.' The Camp Glisson staff is what separates us from any other camp.  This place is holy ground only because Jesus lives in those who serve and play here.  The Camp Glisson staff members serve for no other reason than to give back what was given to them when they were campers.  Staff members spend up to 11 weeks training and serving campers.  They do this because they had counselors themselves who once showed them that they were important and that God loves them."
