The Check-In Form to the right needs to be downloaded, completed and signed by the camper parent before arrival. This form will be required for you to check into camp. If you are not bringing your camper and another family is bringing your camper, please complete the form and send it with your camper.
Campers whose forms, payment or registration are incomplete in any way will be directed to stop by the Welcome Center to complete their registration. Campers who have medication to check-in will be directed to stop-by the Infirmary on the way into camp to complete their registration.

- Mini Camp Only (7-9 years old)
Paper Registration if Needed:
Please use online reigstration if at all possible. If a paper application is necessary, please contact the office and provide an email address.
Outpost Permission Forms:
The following permission forms have been provided for your review. Please do not mail permission forms to camp. Outpost parents/guardians will sign the appropriate form on-site during check-in at Camp Glisson.
