This was the first retreat for some of our youth. They were so excited and loved Camp Glisson! Thank you for a wonderful, spiritual place...

Low Elements Course

The Low Elements course has been an important part of Summer Camp living groups and Retreat schedules for many years now.  The course is comprised of multiple team-building initiatives that do not require helmets, harnesses, or belayers.  Since these elements are lower to the ground, they only require attentive spotters (the members of the group not currently on the element).  The Low Elements course provides campers and retreat attendees excellent get-to-know-you/teamwork-oriented activities; these are especially great for participants who may not be ready yet for the challenges presented by the High Elements or the Alpine Tower.  The following is a list of our different Low Elements:  Trust Fall, Islands, The Indy, Spider Web, The Flying V, The Tire, Whale Watch, The Wall, Swinging Log, God's Finger, and The Hoffman.
