Enjoy a virtual trip to Glisson right from your desktop ... sit right alongside the peaceful flow of Cane Creek which meanders through the Glisson property on a Monday morning in  August  2010.  Heavy rainfall on the previous Friday had dramatically brought-up the level of the creek and the falls, but by the day these photos were taken it had returned to a level with which we have all become accustomed.

These are all high-resolution images, so they may take some time to load ... but it'll be worth the wait!

The peaceful bend in the creek just below the Falls. You can almost see the Falls through the trees and around the bend as you look upstream.

The Falls were raging on Saturday after heavy rains on Friday night.

Our beloved Cane Creek Falls after the water level had returned to its more natural and more familiar level on Monday.





A bit more sunshine is able to find its way through the trees where the creek passes between Ivie Lodge and the Holland Building.
