Sparrowwood Retreat

Campers and counselors at the Sparrowwood Dance!

We have a great opportunity for you this Fall: Sparrowwood Respite Weekend! This retreat will be a chance for your child to have a mini-vacation and come spend a weekend at Camp Sparrowwood.  You and your child will arrive for check-in Friday evening at 7:00. Our well-trained Glisson staff will have fun activities planned for campers all day Saturday and a Prom-themed dance Saturday night. Campers can bring something dressy and fun to wear to the “Sparrowwood Prom” which is always a highlight for campers (and staff too!). Check-out will be Sunday morning at 10:30.  The group size will be up to 20 campers (2:1 staff to camper ratio) at a cost of $175.  Campers must be 19 years and older to attend the retreat.  This is a wonderful opportunity that we are very excited to offer you and your family!

Important Information

  • If the participant attended 2008 Summer Camp and the information on the Health History Form and Application Form is exactly the same, Glisson can use your on-file forms. On the Registration Form (which must be turned in regardless), there is a place to sign to use your accurate Summer 2008 forms. If this line isn't signed, then we are anticipating that you are completing and mailing a new Health History Form.
  • If there have been any changes or the camper did not attend 2008 Summer Camp, than we need you to complete a new Health History Form (1 & 2) and Application Form.
  • Will will have a nurse on staff the weekend of this retreat.
  • Campers must be 19 years and older to attend this retreat.
  • Please eat dinner before you check in at camp on Friday night.
