Phil joined the Glisson staff in 2006 as Director of Development. He was a Glisson summer camper himself from 1975 through 1979, and attended numerous youth retreats at Glisson with his UMYF group through 1982. Phil's three children now represent a third generation of Dodsons as Glisson summer campers. His responsibilities include all on-going friend-raising and development efforts, as well as the new Glisson Alumni ministry - helping former campers and staff with opportunities to re-connect with Glisson and with each other.
