Summer '08 CREW and directors

The Glisson Leadership Programs consist of two different opportunities to grow and serve.  Each program serves different age groups (rising sophmore to graduated seniors), goals and objectives.  If you desire to grow in your faith, impact your culture for Christ and grow as an effective leader then the Glisson Leadership Program is where you belong.  All participants must interview to be an LIT or a part of the Crew.  For questions, please contact David Schnitzer: programs(at)campglisson.org

How to set up an Interview

Option 1: Attend Fall Interview Retreat

  • Fall Leadership Retreat (November 22-23, 2008)
  • Complete Leadership Application and send to Glisson office
  • Bring interview requirements to retreat

Option 2: Interviews after Fall Retreat
If you missed the retreat and still would like to interview please follow the steps below.  If you have questions do not hesitate to contact the Program Director, David Schnitzer.

  • Mail in completed Application 
  • Mail in completed Interview Requirements (see below)
  • Once the Camp office has received the completed application and interview requirements we will contact you to set up a interview time.  Interviews will be scheduled on weekdays and some Saturdays in the Winter and Spring.

Positions in the leadership program are limited so apply soon as you can.

Interview Requirements

Bring all of these interview requirements with you to the interview retreat.  Please do not mail them a head of time.

1. Personal Letter:  This letter is written by the LIT/CREW describing why they want to be a part of the Glisson Leadership Program.
2. Parent/Guardian Letter:  This letter is written by the parent/guardian describing why they want their son/daughter to be a part of the Glisson Leadership Program.
3. Resume:  List all the different areas in your life where you area a leader: clubs, teams, baby sitting, church, peers ect.
4. References (x2):  Have your youth leader, coach, teacher, mentors or leaders like these who can comment on your character.
