Camp Glisson Summer Staff
Camp Glisson is what we like to call “holy ground.” It is a place set apart from the normal grind of everyday life, where thousands of children, youth, and adults have been touched by the love of God in a spectacular way. A former camper and staff member put it best when he said, "One summer at Camp Glisson will change your life.” Each staff member has the opportunity and responsibility to show Jesus to each camper, parent, and fellow counselor. It is an incredible privilege to be part of the Camp Glisson staff, not only during the summer, but all year-round. Even when away from camp, it is a joy to remember the Glisson mission and the impact that staff continue to have on the people around them. Another former camper and staff member says at Camp Glisson “you learn about how to love like Jesus loves,” and that makes a permanent difference in your life.

We are almost always needing staff to work on the weekends. Our weekend retreat needs include Alpine Tower, Low Elements and sometimes leading games and other activities.

For Camper Parents
Parents, we are glad that you are taking the time to seek out information about our staff. Feel free to ask us any questions that you have about our staffing process and selection. We want to ensure you that we do not settle for a mediocre staff and we will do all we can to make certain that your son or daughter has the best counselors possible.
